We bought this little beauty when she was just 9 months old. We picked her out of an impressive herd of juveniles. She just stood out from the rest with her perfectly boxed frame, and her flawless conformation. At her first sheering she came in at 16.6 microns !!!! Look at this girl, large frame, incredible conformation, big boned. With a long staple length, her fleece is fine but dense with a very advanced organization you just have to open and feel. Athena comes from two powerhouse set of genetics starting with Snow Diamon Minerva, who produces our finest fleeces and Champions like Odins’ Loki. Not only does Minerva produce fine fleeces but a high intensity crimp style. Her Sire Crescent Moon’s Kolbe also produces High intensity soft, fine fleeces over and over with many Championship Cria under his belt.
